By purchasing a ticket for any online yoga class with YogaHabits.blog, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you purchase a ticket for an online yoga class, the payment is final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless the class is canceled due to the instructor's failure to show up. In this case, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. Class Access: Upon purchasing a ticket, you will receive access details to attend the online class. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technology (internet connection, devices, etc.) to participate in the class. No refunds will be issued for failure to access the class due to technical issues on your end.

3. Modification or Cancellation of Classes: YogaHabits.blog reserves the right to modify or cancel a class at any time. In the event of a class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness or emergency), you will be notified, and a refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully during class and follow the instructor's guidance. YogaHabits.blog reserves the right to remove you from the class if your conduct is disruptive or violates the platform's code of conduct.

Logo Shop Purchases

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Each item is created and fulfilled by our print partner once an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the wrong size or color is ordered. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at yogahabitsblog@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our print partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Photos of the damage may be required for verification.

You agree that it is your responsibility to determine whether yoga is suitable for you.

4. Informed Consent: You understand that the instructors will guide you through the class, but it is your responsibility to perform each movement safely and at your own pace. You agree not to hold YogaHabits.blog or its instructors liable for any injuries sustained during the class or resulting from participation.

5. Online Class Participation: You agree that by participating in an online class, you are fully aware of the challenges and limitations of practicing yoga in an online format and assume all associated risks. You are encouraged to modify movements as necessary to suit your fitness level and personal needs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YogaHabits.blog, its instructors, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, that arise from your participation in the yoga class or any related activities.
