This practice includes seated stretches, mindful breathing, and modified yoga postures to help increase flexibility, strength, and body awareness without putting strain on the joints.

Power Yoga

Level: Easy, Intermediate, Difficult

Power Yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced style of yoga that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility through a vigorous flow of poses. Rooted in Vinyasa, this practice links breath with movement in a challenging sequence designed to elevate your heart rate and ignite your inner fire. Expect to sweat, move continuously, and push your limits—making Power Yoga an excellent choice for those who want a workout that tones the body while calming the mind.

This class is ideal for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone seeking a physically intense and empowering yoga experience.

Yin Yoga

Level: All Levels

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deep connective tissues, fascia, and joints of the body. Postures are held for several minutes at a time, allowing the muscles to relax fully and giving the body time to open gradually. This practice encourages stillness, inner awareness, and deep release—both physically and mentally.

In class, we use supportive props including a bolster, two blocks, and a blanket to help the body fully relax into each pose, making the experience accessible and deeply restorative. Yin Yoga is perfect for anyone looking to reduce stress, increase flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm.

Restorative Yoga

Level: All Levels

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, healing practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation. Using supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each pose is held for several minutes with minimal effort, allowing the body to fully rest and restore. This still, quiet practice encourages mindfulness, reduces stress, and supports physical and emotional healing.

Perfect for all levels, Restorative Yoga is especially beneficial for those recovering from injury, dealing with anxiety or fatigue, or simply needing a peaceful reset.

Joint Mobilization

Level: Beginner

Joint Mobilization of Thai Yoga “Reusi Dat Ton” is a therapeutic movement practice rooted in ancient Thai healing traditions. Often translated as "The Hermit’s Exercises," Reusi Dat Ton combines mindful breathing with rhythmic, flowing movements that gently mobilize the joints and release built-up tension throughout the body.

This practice focuses on restoring the natural range of motion in the joints, improving circulation, and promoting energetic balance. Movements are typically performed seated or standing and are done slowly with intention, allowing the practitioner to cultivate awareness and alignment while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and stay supple.

Regular practice can help reduce stiffness, increase mobility, and support longevity—making it a powerful yet accessible form of self-care for people of all ages and physical conditions. Whether used on its own or as a complement to other yoga styles, Reusi Dat Ton offers a grounding, meditative approach to whole-body wellness.

Self- Massage

Level: Beginner

Self-Massage of Thai Yoga “Reusi Dat Ton” is a rejuvenating practice drawn from the ancient Thai yogic tradition of “The Hermit’s Exercises.” This self-care method combines acupressure techniques, mindful breathing, and gentle movements to stimulate energy lines (sen lines), release muscular tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Using the hands, thumbs, fingers, and even forearms, practitioners apply pressure to specific points on the body—much like in traditional Thai massage, but performed on oneself. This practice enhances circulation, reduces stagnation, boosts energy, and calms the nervous system, making it a deeply grounding and empowering experience.

Often paired with joint mobilization or stretching sequences, Self-Massage of Reusi Dat Ton is suitable for all levels and can be easily modified to meet individual needs. It’s a beautiful way to reconnect with your body, relieve stress, and practice compassionate self-care.

Hatha Yoga

Level: All Levels

Hatha Yoga is a traditional and foundational style of yoga that focuses on aligning the body, breath, and mind through purposeful movement and stillness. In a Hatha class, you’ll practice a series of physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and moments of mindfulness to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness.

Unlike faster-paced styles, Hatha Yoga moves at a steady, intentional rhythm, allowing time to explore each pose and develop a deeper connection with your body. It’s an excellent practice for beginners as well as experienced yogis looking to slow down, refine their alignment, or return to the roots of yoga.

Hatha Yoga supports balance—both physically and energetically—making it a grounding and accessible practice for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow

Level: Easy, Intermediate, Difficult

Vinyasa Flow is an energizing and creative style of yoga that links breath to movement in a continuous, flowing sequence. Each class offers a dynamic blend of strength-building postures, balance work, flexibility, and mindful transitions, all synchronized with the rhythm of your breath.

No two Vinyasa classes are the same—each flow is thoughtfully designed to challenge the body, focus the mind, and elevate the spirit. You’ll move through sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, twists, and seated stretches, with options provided for all levels.

Whether you're looking to break a sweat, build endurance, or find a moving meditation, Vinyasa Flow offers a powerful and expressive practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Gentle or Slow Flow

Level: All Levels

Gentle Flow (or Slow Flow) Yoga is a calming, accessible practice that blends the mindful sequencing of Vinyasa with a slower, more intentional pace. Movements are guided by breath, but transitions between poses are unhurried—giving you time to explore alignment, stay present, and soften into each posture.

This class typically begins with grounding breathwork and gentle stretches, followed by slow-moving standing poses, gentle balance work, and a nurturing wind-down with seated or reclined poses. Emphasis is placed on mindful movement, body awareness, and relaxation, making it ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a peaceful, low-impact practice.

Gentle Flow helps build mobility, stability, and ease—without overwhelming the body. It's a great way to release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm and connection.

Mindful Flows

Level: All Levels

Mindful Yoga Flows are intentional, breath-centered sequences that emphasize presence, awareness, and the quality of movement over intensity or speed. Unlike faster-paced or fitness-driven yoga flows, this practice is rooted in moment-to-moment awareness, encouraging practitioners to move slowly and consciously, tuning into physical sensations, emotions, and the breath with curiosity and compassion.

Each flow is designed to create a meditative experience through movement—blending gentle strength, fluid transitions, and focused breathwork. Poses are approached with patience and care, allowing space for reflection, alignment, and subtle exploration. This makes Mindful Yoga Flows especially supportive for reducing stress, improving body awareness, and deepening the mind-body connection.

What sets this practice apart from traditional Vinyasa or Power Yoga is not just the pace, but the intention: the goal isn’t to “achieve” the next pose, but to fully inhabit the present one. Rather than pushing the body, Mindful Flows invite you to listen inward, honor your energy levels, and adapt each movement with kindness.

Perfect for all levels, Mindful Yoga Flows offer a grounding, therapeutic experience that nourishes both body and mind.
