Step into stillness and surrender with our Silent Yin Yoga class—a meditative experience that invites you to go inward and deeply connect with your breath, body, and inner wisdom. This class is practiced mostly in silence, with gentle guidance at the beginning and end to help you settle in and transition out. Postures are held for several minutes to allow the connective tissues to release, encouraging deep relaxation, flexibility, and energetic balance. To support your body fully in each pose, please bring two blocks, a bolster, and a blanket. These props help create comfort, stability, and space for deeper release. Without the distraction of constant cues or music, you'll have space to listen to your body, quiet your mind, and experience a more personal, introspective practice. Perfect for anyone seeking calm, inner clarity, and a slower pace. No experience necessary—just bring your props and an open heart.
