   I am Sierra Perry, a passionate yoga instructor with a background in physical therapy. My journey into yoga began with a deep commitment to understanding how to integrate muscle building and pain management into effective practice. With a unique blend of skills from both fields, I strive to offer a holistic approach to yoga that supports not just physical fitness but overall well-being.

    Balancing a career in sales and a thriving family life, I understand the challenges of fitting personal passions into a busy schedule. This experience inspired me to create a space where fellow yoga instructors, like you, can find the flexibility and support needed to continue sharing their love for yoga with others, despite the demands of daily life.
